INTERNET star IShowSpeed was rushed into emergency surgery with a gruesome swollen eye.

The Cristiano Ronaldo superfan uploaded a clip to his YouTube channel where he updated fans on his health.

He spoke to his followers bandaged up in a hospital bed while in severe pain, raising concerns for his well-being.

Speed : "I don't know what I have. I have been feeling s***, pretty bad.

"My eyes are puffing up, it feels like somebody is stabbing my eye with a knife and I have a headache.

"I wanted to give you boys an update because I don't know what is going to happen to me.

Speed has since travelled the world watching his idol in action and gained a huge following due to his unique personality.

The star, whose real name is Darren Watkins Jr, is currently in Japan where he watched Ronaldo's Al-Nassr play a pre-season friendly versus PSG.

Speed mingled with Kim Kardashian and her kids in the stands.

Earlier this summer, the social media sensation was at the FA Cup final between Manchester United and Manchester City where he was shockingly punched by a fan.

Speed's dreams did come true when he met Ronaldo after a Portugal match in June.

The pair hugged with Speed collapsing to the floor while crying in a clip that went viral worldwide.

But his initial trips to see Ronaldo did not go as well, flying to England from the US to see him play for Man Utd versus Fulham only for the 38-year-old to be mysteriously left out of the squad.

Speed may back Ronaldo as his GOAT but he recently shocked his millions of fans by showing off a Lionel Messi shirt.

The Argentinian scored an incredible goal on his Inter Miami debut, which led to Speed ripping off his CR7 kit to display a Messi one underneath.
