FA Cup 2nd Round highlights: Sutton United evoke memories of 1989 win over Coventry with shock 2-1 upset against Cheltenham

Luton come from 2-0 down to win eight-goal thriller against Solihull Moors while Wycombe put five past Chesterfield

SUTTON UNITED have rolled back the years to secure a shock 2-1 win over Cheltenham Town.

The U’s pulled off one of the most famous upsets in the competition’s history when they beat then-top flight side Coventry City in 1989.

And now the National League side have surprised the nation again by knocking out League 2 opponents.

In other matches, Solihull Moors looked like they might pull off an even bigger upset when they took a 2-0 lead at Kenilworth Road, but Luton recovered to gain an emphatic 6-0 win.

And Wycombe hammered higher division opponents with an incredible 5-0 win at Chesterfield.
