Arsenal could get huge ‘discount’ on Declan Rice as West Ham target transfer for £50m Gunners ace
ARSENAL could be set to receive a huge discount on Declan Rice with West Ham keen on Folarin Balogun, according to reports.
The Gunners are closing in on a deal for the Hammers captain after having a £105million bid accepted.
West Ham refused to budge on their valuation of him and demanded all of the money paid over 18 months rather than the five years Arsenal wanted.
