Boris Becker’s ex says she and son spent night on a BENCH after he threw them out of their home

ONE OF Boris Becker's exes has told how she and their young son had to sleep on a bench after the disgraced former tennis ace threw them out of the house.

She has also told how Becker, 55, has only seen their son once this year and how her current partner had to pay for the 13-year-old's plane tickets.

Dutch model Sharlely "Lilly" Becker, who tied the knot with the six-time Grand Slam winner in 2009, told German media: "I left him in 2018, and he can't forgive me for that.

"You don't leave Boris Becker. Since then, he has wanted to destroy me. When I left five years ago, he took away my house and car keys.

"He threw me and our son out of the house. I didn't have a penny in cash, didn't know where to go. We spent the first night on a bench in a cafe.

"Friends then rented an apartment for me. Without their support, I wouldn't have known how to buy us something to eat. That was my lowest point.

"I couldn't sleep, barely ate, lost weight. It was all because of Boris, because he doesn't fulfil his obligations, even though I'm raising his son.

"I want to finally close this chapter and never have to think about Boris Becker again."

Lilly, 47, also accused the dad of four of failing to fulfil his parental obligations, telling German media: "Boris doesn't pay a penny in child support.

"He occasionally calls the little one briefly on FaceTime, nothing more. Amadeus was with him for two days in early March, but not since then.

"I believe that he loves his son. Amadeus also loves his father. Since my own parents weren't there for me, I would support them building a close relationship.

"My son is a wonderful boy, just grateful when someone spends time with him. Just like my partner Thorsten.

"When Amadeus flew to Boris in February, Thorsten paid for the tickets."

Lilly, who is now "in a very happy and equal relationship" with German businessman and sports manager Thorsten Weck, will soon be seen in the ITVX docuseries "Boris Becker: The Rise & Fall".

According to German media, the three-time Wimbledon winner has already instructed his lawyers to try to block parts of the series from being aired.

Lilly said: "Boris is a narcissist. A selfish person. It scares him that he cannot influence the content of this documentary.

"He is used to controlling and manipulating others. But I will not be silenced, even if he is once again sending his lawyers after me.

"He wants to forbid me from talking about our son. He has only seen Amadeus once this year - and immediately posted a photo on Instagram to show what a great father he is. That's who he is."

When asked why she chose to appear in the documentary, Lilly said: "It is a perfect ending. A farewell to my life with Boris Becker. I have learned my lesson.

"After the documentary, I never want to have to publicly talk about him again. I just want the divorce so that I can finally enjoy my life. Enough is enough!"

Her lawyer, Patricia Cronemeyer, added: "As for the divorce and maintenance payments, there is unfortunately no new update. Mr Becker seems to simply ignore both."

Lilly elaborated: "The divorce is on hold because of Boris. Even though he claims to have found a new dream woman. But he can only marry her once we are finally divorced. That's why I don't understand why he doesn't agree.

"I would like to close this chapter. The years by his side were the lesson of my life."

As to why the couple split, Lilly said: "I left because I could no longer bear his lies and his bad character.

"He turned everything into a secret. Money, affairs, dubious business dealings. I didn't get any answers to my questions. We never even had a joint bank account.

"He simply didn't treat me well anymore. He was cruel."

Lilly claims Becker cheated on her "constantly" during their time together. She told German media: "He even contacted them through social media.

"Sometimes these women would message me on Instagram, and I had to make it clear to them that he is my husband, the father of my son.

"There were often arguments between us because of his affairs. Of course, he denied everything.

"However, I didn't have the strength to leave. After all, I had a young child. If it weren't for Amadeus, I would have left him much earlier."

Lilly said of her current feelings for Becker, who spent eight months in prison for illegally failing to hand over assets and trophies to repay debt during his bankruptcy: "I don't hate him. I don't love him. I don't miss him either. I feel pity for him.

"It's incredibly sad. But everyone is responsible for their own life. I wasn't the one in prison, he was. I don't think he can sleep well at night. On the other hand, I sleep deeply and peacefully, like an angel.

"I could look him in the eye if he stood before me. He couldn't do that because even he must have a guilty conscience. Deep down in his heart, he knows what he has done to me and our son."
