West Ham want transfer for forgotten Arsenal player and Gunners fans cheekily want to recoup Rice fee
WEST HAM are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal defender Nuno Tavares.
However, Arsenal fans are cheekily demanding that the club try and recoup as much of the fee about to be paid for Declan Rice.
The Gunners are set to sign the West Ham captain after agreeing a fee of £105million, a club record deal.
The two clubs still need to agree on the structure of the deal as well as Rice himself completing a medical.
This is expected to be sorted ahead of a potential announcement next week.
Since agreeing on a deal, however, have reported that West Ham are interested in signing Nuno Tavares.

A third said: "8? Absolutely not. 20 take it or leave it. We can't be selling our player cheap."
A fourth wrote: "Nah bro we want £30m, with £25m paid in two separate installments and an additional £5m in add-ons. Let them play their own game."
A fifth joked: "They should let me negotiate for this deal 😤."
While another added: "No cut-price deal for West Ham pls."
