Tottenham could poach Premier League sporting director as they step up pursuit of Paratici replacement
TOTTENHAM are looking to appoint Brentford Technical Director Lee Dykes as the replacement for Fabio Paratici, according to reports.
Paratici, 50, resigned from his position as the club's Managing Director of Football last month.
He was banned from football activities in Italy earlier this year when his former club - Juventus - was found guilty of false accounting.
The Italian appealed against his ban shortly after receiving it, but the appeal was rejected and FIFA extended his 30-month ban from Italian football to worldwide.
This meant he could no longer continue his duties at Tottenham.
Spurs are now on the hunt for his replacement and Dykes, Brentford's Technical Director, has emerged as the frontrunner for the job, according to .

As Managing Director of Football, Paratici oversaw many of the club's transfers.
He also assisted with managerial appointments and decisions.
Should Dykes accept the role at Tottenham, he will likely play a big part in selecting the club's next first team manager.
