Sky Sports to launch huge new show NEXT WEEK which will give fans VAR change they’ve been waiting for
SKY SPORTS are set to air a new show next week that will bring more VAR transparency.
The new programme will be launched on Monday and was initiated by the new PGMOL chief Howard Webb.
Webb is keen to increase transparency and was instrumental in the creation of that planned 30-minute show on Sky.
The groundbreaking programme will also include a major element that fans have been calling for.
Sky Sports will share audio recording from the communication between referees and VAR officials.
The aim is to help clubs and fans understand how decisions are reached via VAR and reduce confusion as well as animosity.

The pilot programme will include interaction between the on-field officials and VAR.
The first episode will focus on Liverpool's clash with Leicester at King Power Stadium next Monday.
This comes after several incidents involving Premier League managers lashing out at referees and VAR.
The most recent high-profile incident took place two weeks ago during Liverpool's dramatic 4-3 win over Tottenham at Anfield.
