Wilfried Zaha receives eye-watering transfer offer to join Cristiano Ronaldo’s rivals Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia

WILFRIED ZAHA has received a whopping £9million-a-year offer to move to the Saudi Pro League, it's been claimed.

The Crystal Palace and Ivory Coast international is currently mulling over his future as his contract at Selhurst Park expires in the summer.

And Saudi big boys Al-Ittihad are hoping to lure the 30-year-old to the Kingdom with an outrageous pay packet.

That's according to , who claim Al-Ittihad have joined league rivals Al-Nassr - who recently signed Cristiano Ronaldo - in the race to land the former Manchester United ace.

Palace, however, are eager to keep Zaha in South London and have offered him the "most lucrative" deal in the club's history to retain his services.

It's claimed The Eagles brass have tabled a deal in the region of £200,000-a-week contract to the winger.

It's unknown if Zaha has rejected the offer on the table, although it's understood he's currently focused on helping Palace end the season strongly.

Zaha has had an average season by his standards, scoring six goals and providing three assists in 22 appearances this campaign.

Palace boss Patrick Vieira is hopeful Zaha will ink a new deal with the club.

He said: “We know the situation and we want to keep him.

"He’s an important player for the club and he’s loved here.

“We have to wait and see what he will decide to do.

"What matters is the commitment he is showing in the games."

Zaha and his Palace team-mates will be back in action on Wednesday, travelling to the Amex Stadium to play bitter rivals Brighton.
