Chelsea manager Antonio Conte says Eden Hazard needs more than talent to be one of the best players in the world

Eden Hazard looks to have regained the form of Chelsea's title winning campaign but he will need more than his natural talent to succeed

And new boss Antonio Conte said: “I know that with only talent, it’s very difficult to be the best.

“You must put together, with the talent, a good physical condition and good organisation in the team.

“We know his talent. He’s a fantastic player.

“You must have the talent, but support it with strength, speed and technique.

“Football has changed. Above all in England, you play with an intensity that is supersonic.

“I don’t like to speak about last season, about a single player, or the form or shape of a single player.
“I think that when you have this type of bad season, many players didn’t perform in the right way.
“But now it’s another season. I’m pleased for the commitment, the workrate, for the willingness I see every day.”

Conte is also enjoying a surprise bonus for shouting himself hoarse from the Chelsea dugout.

The passionate Italian revealed his wife gets a buzz from his husky voice, worn down by 90 minutes of bellowing instructions at players.

Blues boss Conte will scoff spoonfuls of honey and throat sweets during tonight’s clash to preserve his overstretched vocal chords.

Conte said: “My wife tells me my voice is more attractive. More sensual.

“I have Italian throat sweets and English ones but it is important they have honey in them.

“It’s important to lubricate. Before the game I like to eat honey and in between the first and the second half.”
