Arsenal and Dortmund agree £13m Ivan Fresneda transfer fee with 18-year-old set to be loaned back to Real Valladolid
ARSENAL and Borussia Dortmund have reportedly both agreed terms for the £13.1million transfer of Real Valladolid right-back Ivan Fresneda.
The Spaniard, 18, has impressed in LaLiga this season and has attracted interest from a number of clubs including Newcastle.
But now Eddie Howe's men have pulled out of the race, with reporting that both Arsenal and Dortmund have deals in place.
It is understood Valladolid will make a decision over which club he will join on Monday.
But, regardless of whether he joins Arsenal or Dortmund, Fresneda will be loaned back to the Spanish outfit for the remainder of the season.
The teenager is an attacking full-back who has also shown he is a capable defender.

The Gunners currently sit top of the Premier League, five points ahead of defending champions Man City.
And Dortmund are in a battle for a top four spot in the Bundesliga, sitting sixth but just seven points off leaders Bayern Munich.
