FA Cup third round LIVE – Newcastle LOSE to Sheffield Wednesday, Liverpool vs Wolves ends in draw, Spurs win – updates

THE FA Cup third round is well underway and there were some exciting games on Saturday.

The big shock is Newcastle's 2-1 loss to Sheffield Wednesday, while Vincent Kompany's Championship side Burnley have knocked out Bournemouth, beating them 4-2.

Tottenham are in the fourth round after beating Portsmouth, and Brighton, Leicester, Fulham, West Ham and Fleetwood join them.

But Liverpool have been forced to a replay with Wolves after drawing 2-2 with them at Anfield.

    Daniel Jebbison scores with a shot into the far corner from the right hand edge of the box.

    Well worked by the visitors and a great finish.

  • Goal: Chesterfield 1-2 West Brom

    Karlan Grant gets in behind the home side's defence and there is no catching him with his pace.

    He drives towards goal and finds the bottom corner.

  • Goal: Blackpool 1-0 Forest

    Marvin Ekpiteta has put the home side ahead.

    Since the start of the game, they have been putting the Premier League side under pressure.

    Now they have got what they deserve.

    Chuba Akpom has drawn Carrick's side level.

    They have scored in every game under his management.

  • Goal: Bournemouth 1-1 Burnley

    Ryan Christie has managed to pull the Premier League side level.

    His right-footed shot beats the keeper, much to the delight of the home fans.

    Not what the travelling fans would have expected after take the lead early in this game.

    Pascal Gross has given The Seagulls the lead against Michael Carrick's Middlesbrough side.

    Solly March saw his shot saved but Gross was following up to slot home.

    Ryan Astley has given the visitors the lead.

    Boreham Wood were responsible for a few upsets last season but Accrington are looking to make sure that they themselves are not another victim.
