Good morning FA Cup fans
Liverpool drew 2-2 at home with Wolves, but it wasn't without its controversy.
The visitors could have snatched a win with a late Toti goal, only for the goal to be ruled offside by VAR.
ITV claim that VAR had to go with the on-field decision of offside for Wolves disallowed goal, because none of the cameras at Anfield could determine whether Matheus Nunes was in an offside position.
Even Jurgen Klopp feels Wolves were hard done by on that third goal.
He said at full-time: “I’m not sure about their third goal. We have one angle where it could be offside, but I can totally understand that Wolves is not happy with that.
"The camera or VAR didn’t work properly. So that’s then tricky. But now we have to play again.
"Most astonishing result of the day goes to Wrexham, though.
The National League team beat Championship Coventry 4-3 away.
City star Ben Sheaf wasn’t happy at the final whistle."Simple fact is we should not be losing these games,” he told BBC Sport at full-time.
It would be a true Hollywood story, if they weren’t already involved in one – thanks to owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney.
Ryan Reynolds couldn’t help but hide his happiness with his club’s win.
He took to Twitter and wrote: “I’m completely and totally speechless. What a club. What a town. What a win @Wrexham_AFC forever.”
Spare a thought for his co-owner, Rob Mcelhenney.
The It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia star revealed his stream went down – while watching Stateside on ESPN +.
“The feed at ESPN+ went down!!! What’s happening????” he tweeted.
Elsewhere, Newcastle United were humbled by Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 at Hillsborough.
After the game, Toon manager Eddie Howe lamented their lack of cutting edge.
He said: "In front of goal tonight was probably the big problem for us… The lads gave everything to try get something out of the tie."
Lopetegui laments offside goals
Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui was unhappy with the VAR decisions that went against his team.
The visitors looked like they had nicked the game late on - only for VAR to controversially rule out the goal for offside.
While the Spanish coach also felt Salah's goal was offside.
"It's a pity because we deserved to win today," he said after the game.
Klopp's reaction to offside goal
Even Jurgen Klopp feels Wolves were hard done by on that third goal.
He said at full-time: "I’m not sure about their third goal. We have one angle where it could be offside, but I can totally understand that Wolves is not happy with that.
"The camera or VAR didn’t work properly. So that’s then tricky. But now we have to play again."
Bold claim
ITV claim that VAR had to go with the on-field decision of offside for Wolves disallowed goal, because none of the cameras at Anfield could determine whether Matheus Nunes was in an offside position.
Wolves will feel even harder done by.
Klopp backs Alisson
Jurgen Klopp has backed Alisson, after the Brazilian keeper's howler handed Wolves a shock lead.
"It was a good start, a dominant start," he told ITV after the match.
"We played really good football moments and then we concede. The goal should not happen, but we all know how often Ali saves our backsides."
Reynolds delighted
Ryan Reynolds couldn't help but hide his happiness with his club's win.
He took to Twitter and wrote: "I’m completely and totally speechless. What a club. What a town. What a win forever."

Bring on the Deadpool
Most astonishing result of the day goes to Wrexham, though.
How on earth did the National League team beat Championship Coventry 4-3 away?
Ben Sheaf wasn't happy at the final whistle.
"Simple fact is we should not be losing these games," he told BBC Sport at full-time.
It would be a true Hollywood story, if they weren't already involved in one - thanks to owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney.
Match stats
Wolves were well worth their draw at Anfield.
In fact, they were controversially denied a winner towards the end.
Here's the match stats.
Replay
It's full-time at Anfield - and it's ended 2-2.
Wolves came back from 2-1 down, and though they'd won it in the final 10 minutes - with VAR ruling out Totti's goal for offside.
Either way, it'll be a replay for both sides.
Five minutes of stoppage
Will one of Liverpool and Wolves find a winner?
The team from the Midlands are pushing.
Five minutes of stoppage time.
VAR
Wolves have a check on a potential winning goal against Liverpool.
Totti thought he might have tapped in from close range.
HOWEVER - VAR says no!
Gutted.
It's a Desmond!
Would you believe it?
Wolves have equalised through sub Hwang who linked up with another sub Matheus Cunha.
Unreal!
Should be level
Wolves miss an absolute golden opportunity to level the scores.
Neves with a ball over the top and Ait-Nouri races through on goal.
However, he hits his shot straight at the keeper.
Big miss.
Liverpool in front
They have turned it around.
Mo Salah brings the ball down perfectly to score after Totti mistimes his header.
2-1 Reds and now it's an uphill struggle for Wolves.
Peep Peep
Half-time at Anfield.
Liverpool snatched an equaliser on the stroke of half-time, thanks to Nunez.
They rode their luck at 1-0 - with Wolves twice coming close.
But they won't mind that now.
All to play for in the second half.
They're level!
Beautiful goal from Darwin Nunez.
Stunning long pass from Trent Alexander-Arnold.
And Darwin Nunez meets it in the penalty area, on the volley, to sidefoot low into the corner.
Wolves will rue missing those chances. 1-1 at Anfield.
Nearly two
Wolves come close again!
Adama Traore fires in a low cross from the right - with Raul Jimenez sliding in at the back stick and missing by inches.
Another warning for the Reds.
Moore delighted
Sheffield Wednesday boss Darren More couldn't hide his delight after seeing his side beat Newcastle 2-1 in the FA Cup third round.
He told the BBC afterwards: "Tonight we have beaten a really good footballing team and club on the up... Everyone should be proud!"
No doubt they will be. Steel City will be buzzing tonight.
Alisson to the rescue
Better from Alisson.
Guedes stings the fingers of the Brazilian shotstopper from distance with a long range effort.
But that goal has given Wolves confidence.
10 minutes till half-time, they lead at Anfield.
Wolves lead!
Massive error by Alisson!
Poor kick out by the Brazilian is punished by Guedes, and Wolves lead.
What a turn up for the Reds.
Howe bemoans forward line
Eddie Howe knows where the game was lost tonight.
Newcastle fell to a 2-1 defeat to Sheffield Wednesday, but were toothless up top.
After the game, Howe said: "In front of goal tonight was probably the big problem for us... The lads gave everything to try get something out of the tie."
Close!
We're just four minutes in and it hasn't taken long for Cody Gakpo to register his first shot on target in a Liverpool shirt.
Mo Salah released him on the left on the edge of the area.
The Dutch striker turned his defender, firing a shot with his left foot - straight at Wolves keeper Jose Sa.
But, he's dangerous - no doubt about that.
