THE Six Nations is nearing an unwelcome end - with the final round of fixtures set to take place this weekend.

Ireland are on for their first Grand Slam since 2018 following victory over Scotland on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Wales got their first win on the board following their triumph against Italy in Rome.

Six Nations table
