Married Rangers ace Fashion Sakala ‘sued by woman over bust-up involving X-rated snaps’

RANGERS ace Fashion Sakala is reportedly being sued by an alleged girlfriend — over a bust-up involving X-rated snaps.

The Ibrox star, 25, is accused of being involved in online trysts with Linnety Kaoma during a four-year relationship that ended in May.

Married Sakala is being pursued in his homeland by lawyers acting for Ms Kaoma, who wants a judge to impose a restraining order on him.

The allegations are detailed in court papers she lodged after she split with Sakala — three months after he posted a love note to his wife Violet Zulu which included a Bible reference.

The forward, who wears number 10 when he plays for Zambia, wrote in February: “God bless you. Happy Birthday my wife. I promise you love and happiness my babe.

“God bless you and give you long life my queen. FS10 Dreams don’t die. Read: Philippians 1:3.”

But Ms Kaoma claims Sakala sent her X-rated snaps while in the shower — then, after a fall-out, threatened to share racy screenshots he’d snatched.

Court papers state that during the relationship the pair “would often engage via WhatsApp video calling, and would very often do so whilst taking showers, or whilst engaging in some virtual intimacy of some sort”.

They add: “On one occasion, whilst the parties were engaging in their usual virtual intimacy via the video call, the defendant did, without the knowledge or consent of the plaintiff, take a screenshot of the video call, capturing the likeness of the plaintiff in an image that would be considered not only obscene, but also offensive to a reasonable third party viewing the photo.”

The sensational claims are contained in paperwork lodged at the high court in Zambia’s capital Lusaka, where Ms Kaomo is seeking an interim injunction.

Lawyers have asked the court for permission to “serve writ of summons out of jurisdiction” due to the fact Sakala is currently based in Scotland.

The move is aimed at preventing him from “invading her privacy, solitude and seclusion, by way of publishing and/or circulating any material reasonably deemed absence/offensive, and bearing the likeness of the plaintiff”.

It accuses Sakala of “continuously threatening the plaintiff by stating that he was armed with a lot of damaging content of her and that he would ‘spill the beans’ at any time, and at will”.

The court battle has been reported on TV and media outlets across Zambia.

Dad-of-one Sakala joined Gers last year from Belgian side Oostende.

The Ibrox club was approached for comment.
