Raheem Sterling WILL return to England World Cup squad today after racing to UK to deal with home burglary nightmare
RAHEEM Sterling will return to England's World Cup squad today.
The Chelsea ace was forced to fly back to the UK on Monday after burglars broke into his home.
The Football Association announced today that Sterling would return to the England camp ahead of Saturday's crunch quarter final against France.
A spokesperson for the footballer said he left to "prioritise the wellbeing" of his three young children.
The shock announcement came just hours before England were due to kick off against Senegal.
However he is now expected to re-join the team in Qatar ahead of Saturday's clash with France.

Fellow England teammate Kalvin Phillips said having Sterling back is a "massive lift".
He said: "[It is] a massive lift. Raheem is an amazing player.
"Obviously he had to fly home to deal with what has gone on.
"We are just glad he is alright."
It comes after Sterling vowed only to return when his family are "safe".
Terrified fiancé Paige Milian, 27 — who was looking after their two kids — raised the alarm when the gang took watches worth £300,000.
Sterling told FA chiefs at the time that he had to go home.
After the nation watched England win 3-0 on Sunday, Gareth Southgate said he wasn't sure if Sterling would return.
The England boss said: “We’ve got to wait and see. At the moment clearly the priority is for him to be with his family and we’re going to support that and leave him to have as much time as he needs.
"He’s going home.”
Two men have since been arrested by detectives following the break-in.
The suspects were held on suspicion of an attempted burglary on Tuesday night in Oxshott, Surrey.
A spokesman for Surrey Police said: "Two men were arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary last night in the Oxshott area. They are currently in custody.
"Following reports of suspicious activity around 6.40pm, a number of resources were deployed, including the dog unit and helicopter. Our colleagues from British Transport Police also provided assistance.
"At this time these arrests are not being linked to an ongoing investigation into a burglary which received significant media coverage over the weekend.
"That separate investigation remains ongoing. No arrests have been made in connection with that."
It is the latest in a string of burglaries targeting footballers.

The gang may have thought property developer Paige and the couple’s sons, aged five and three, were still in Qatar.
Before England’s first game she posted pictures of the two boys on a cruise ship in Doha, and she was tagged in social media images with cocktails.
