Spain boss Luis Enrique shows off incredible ripped figure aged 52 as he poses in tiny shorts at World Cup training

SPAIN manager Luis Enrique showed off his impressive physique during a World Cup training session in Qatar.

The former Barcelona boss, 52, is taking charge of his second major tournament with the national team after leading them to the semi-finals of the Euros last summer.

Prior to taking the Spain job, he spent three seasons as Barcelona manager where he won two LaLiga titles and the Champions League.

It has been 18 YEARS since he hung up his boots as a player, finishing at Barcelona back in 2004.

But it is clear he remains in remarkable shape - a fact he demonstrated by appearing at training in some tiny shorts and nothing else.

The image of Enrique was shared on and received quite the response from those online.

Reacting to the snap, one person said: "A pic that is making hordes of men put aside that pastry this morning and go for a run."

Another blown away admirer added: "This, this is a man. A handsome, muscular man."

A dumbfounded third person replied: "I am literally speechless."

Spain begin their World Cup campaign against Costa Rica on Wednesday evening.

They have also been drawn alongside Germany and Japan in Group E.
