Oleksy has also represented his country.
He competed at the 2022 Amputee World Cup with Poland.
However, the European nation dropped out in the Round of 16 with a 2-1 loss to Brazil.
Poland then played and lost to England 3-0 in the 9-16th place quarter-finals, but beat the United States and then Iran to finish 13th.
Oleksy admitted Poland were left "unsatisfied" by their World Cup finish.
He told Warta's website: "We are quite unsatisfied, because we went to Turkey with a different attitude, it was about the fight for medals. But… that's what sport is.
"In some matches not everything turned out as we would have liked and it ended there.
"However, I think that each of us has returned from Turkey with such an attitude that we have to work even harder and go to the World Cup in four years time to prove that this performance was a delicate mishap and at the same time a lesson for us."
