IT is the most popular race on the British athletics calendar - as thousands pack the streets of the capital to run the London Marathon.

And the professionals are going for a big prize money pot, as well as the prestige, of winning this famous race.

Mo Farah did not run the London Marathon in 2022 because of an injury sustained in the build-up.
