And the 27-year-old is already one of the most-wanted free agents available next summer.

Sun Sport exclusively reported earlier this month that Manchester City and Tottenham are monitoring the ace.

Now are claiming that both PSG and Real Madrid want Skriniar too.

He has long been on the radar of Chelsea and was linked with them all throughout the summer window.

The Blues ended up opting for Wesley Fofana from Leicester City instead.

However, they are still in the hunt for defensive reinforcements under new manager Graham Potter.

And the opportunity to land him for nothing makes him a top target for the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Paris Saint-Germain wanted him too but the Italian giants rejected approaches from them in the summer.

The Ligue 1 champions reportedly saw a £43million bid turned down.

But unless Simone Inzaghi's side can persuade Skriniar to sign a new deal, they are facing up to the prospect of losing him on a free.

And he will be free to discuss pre-contract agreements with non-Italian clubs from January.

The star has been at the San Siro since 2017 and he has featured 223 times for the club.

Skriniar played an integral role in the squad that won the Serie A title back in 2020/21 under now Spurs boss Conte.
