Tommy Fury, 23, said: "I just want to come on here and clear a few things up. One contract was given to Paul Bamba, and one contract was given to myself.
"The weight in my contract, I made yesterday so as far as I'm concerned, I've done my job. I made weight.
"Paul Bamba does not want to fight, he never did. I'm here in Dubai, I've got a new opponent and I'm ready to go."

Tommy Fury's fight with Rolly Lambert is an exhibition, not a sanctioned bout on his professional record.
Due to the last-minute nature of the fight, they could not get it sanctioned in time.
Instead, they will box over six, two-minute rounds.

Floyd Mayweather is facing British YouTube sensation - and brother of KSI - Deji tonight to headline the huge Global Titans card in Dubai.
Though there has been some big controversy on the undercard, with Tommy Fury now taking on Rolly Lambert in the co-main after dispute over his weight.
Fury's original opponent Paul Bamba pulled out after Fury was 7lbs over the weight.
However, Fury has said he came in at the agreed weight.
Mayweather said at the big weigh in: "I've displayed my skills for so many years, 26 years as a professional just being able.
"In 1996 I went to the Olympics and competed against the best fighters from all around the world.
"As a professional, fighting the top competition from all around the world and just being able to do exhibitions now and compete against people from all walks of life.
"It's great to be here and on Sunday, I'm going to go out there and put on a show."
