Chelsea will be pleased that their ageing captain is so determined to be in top condition for his club where he has lifted the title FOUR times for the South Londerners.

Terry has posted a number of shots of himself and sometimes his family working out whilst on holiday or at the gym most notably he filmed himself doing press ups on a beach spontaneously whilst taking a stroll along the shore.

If manager Antonio Conte doesn't decide to select Terry for the game against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge then he will surely pick the Chelsea legend for the EFL Cup match at West Ham.
