Ambitious Newcastle line up SIX January transfer targets including James Maddison and Jack Harrison

NEWCASTLE are lining up SIX transfer targets as they look to bolster their attack in January.

The Toon strengthened Eddie Howe's squad in the summer with the likes of Sven Botman, Alexander Isak and Nick Pope.

But Howe, 44, wanted a wide forward and is keen to re-enter the market in January.

But that does not mean their interest in the Brazilian forward is necessarily over and they could return for his services mid-season.
