F1 Dutch Grand Prix LIVE RESULTS: Verstappen WINS race after overtaking Hamilton as Brit furious with Mercedes – updates
MAX VERSTAPPEN won his home race at the F1 Dutch Grand Prix after some late drama involving Lewis Hamilton and George Russell.
The world champ is now getting closer to his second successive world title, but Hamilton has yet to win a race so far this season.
The Brit was furious with his Mercedes team-mate Russell and the paddock after a mix-up over pitting the younger driver late on in the race.

Shades of 2021 today, where it looks like it'll be a battle between last season's contenders to win it.
Lap 32/72 - Verstappen feeling the tyres
The Dutchman over the radio claims he is beginning to feel the effects of his 13 lap old medium tyres.
Russell makes his pit stop and rejoins in 5th.
Lap 30/72 - Hamilton pits
Hamilton sticks on the hard tyres, which have looked great so far on other cars.
Lap 29/72 - Verstappen past Russell
Perhaps an error from the Brit, but Verstappen really needed that overtake.

Verstappen is struggling to make gains on the Mercedes, in particular Hamilton, who will be working on a one stop strategy it seems.

The two Mercedes lead this race now, as Verstappen makes his first pit stop.
Lap 18/72 - Great podium chance for Hamilton
Sainz's extended stop has left Hamilton a great opportunity for a podium.
Meanwhile, Ferrari do a better job with Leclerc on his pit stop.
Lap 15/72 - Sainz with a 12.7 pit stop!
He was under pressure from Hamilton anyway, and now he could have had his race ruined.
Perez seemed to run over the wheel gun at his left rear, although seems to be okay.
Lap 13/72 - Update
So Verstappen is a couple of seconds clear at the top from Leclerc, with Sainz under pressure from Hamilton in third.
They're followed a couple of seconds back by Perez and Russell.
Lap 12/72 - Pit stops begin
Vettel stops very early and appears to have started a trend, with Ricciardo and Gasly quickly following him.
Lap 10/72 - Alonso making moves in the midfield
The Spaniard overtakes Gasly to take 12th position.
Lap 8/72 - Hamilton getting close to Sainz
Looks like Hamilton is eyeing up an early podium place this afternoon.
Lap 7/72 - Leclerc in DRS range
He's been gaining on Verstappen slowly since the off, and has just set the fastest lap of the race.

The English pair are enjoying the biggest battle so far.
Ocon is also up to 9th from 13th off the grid.

The Haas driver couldn't stay on the track and collides with the barrier.

Norris has overtaken Russell already, although it's undoubtedly a dream start for Verstappen.
Hamilton and Sainz remain in the positions they started in.
