Meatball blew the roof off the arena four months ago with a viral spinning-back elbow stoppage of Luana Carolina - which saw her stake a serious claim for KO of the year.

And she almost made lightening strike twice with another another picture-perfect spin that led to sensational first-round TKO.

The O2 went bananas once again as Meatball leaped out of the cage and celebrated with Barstool chief Dave Portnoy.

McCann, 32, immediately took the centre of the octagon and put Goldy on the backfoot.

The proud Liverpudlian had good success with her boxing early in the round, finding a home for her overhand right on several occasions.

Her leaping right hook also caused 24K Goldy serious trouble.

But she briefly found herself in trouble after she gave up the centre of the octagon and had to fend off a takedown attempt against the cage.

The Next Gen star, however, managed to break free after plenty of jostling for position.

She subsequently defended a single-leg takedown before going back to work with her boxing.

Another overhand right put Goldy in trouble and on the backfoot.

Sensing blood, McCann closed the distance and uncorked another spinning elbow that caught the American flush on the jaw.

A flurry of strikes felled Goldy and left her open to even more unanswered shots.

The referee eventually saw enough and waved off the contest - an act that sent McCann into a state of ecstasy and the O2 into a state of pandemonium.
