Dean Henderson in Nottingham Forest injury blow as Man Utd loanee goes off after just 30 minutes in pre-season friendly
DEAN HENDERSON hobbled off the pitch with an apparent knock during Nottingham Forest's match against Barnsley.
Forest took on the Tykes in a pre-season friendly at Oakwell that finished with a goalless draw.
And it seems like manager Steve Cooper may have been dealt with an injury blow as Manchester United loanee Henderson limped out around the half-hour mark.
The goalkeeper didn't seem to have suffered a heavy injury but did look slightly uncomfortable taking a goal-kick a few minutes before his substitution.

But it wasn't too serious and Cooper's decision to substitute him was just a "precautionary measure".
Henderson was brought in to replace Forest's previous No1 Brice Samba, who left for Lens.
The talented keeper completed a season-long loan move to the newly-promoted side earlier this month.
The shot-stopper was keen to move to the City Ground as he was looking for first-team football in his bid to join Gareth Southgate's England squad for the winter's 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Forest will pay all of Henderson's wages and it is understood there is no option to buy in the loan arrangement.
He will also not be able to play against United during his loan when they meet in the Premier League or any other competition.
Hennessey, on the other hand, joined Nottingham as a free agent after he left Burnley.
