Katie Boulter sports England Lionesses shirt ahead of crunch Wimbledon clash

WIMBLEDON hopeful Katie Boulter sports an England Lionesses footie shirt yesterday as she heads to a practice session.

The 25-year-old drew on the symbol’s strength as she rehearsed serves she hoped would beat France’s Harmony Tan in their third round clash today.

Brit Katie has been followed around by Netflix cameras for an upcoming tennis docuseries.

It also features her Aussie boyfriend Alex De Minaur, 23, set to play his third round match today.

Leicester-born Katie — ranked 118 in the world — defeated Czech Karolina Pliskova, 30, ranked No 7, on Thursday.

Pliskova reached the final of the Championships last year.

She won the crowd’s hearts when she dedicated the victory to her gran who died two days earlier. 

Fans were set to roar her on again as she faced 24-year-old Tan.

Worryingly, the French star was good enough to dump US legend Serena Williams, 40, out of the tournament.
