Why isn't Naomi Osaka playing at Wimbledon 2022?
Osaka has had a injury-hit season where she has only managed to accumulate a total of 17 matches.
And the Japanese star confirmed on Twitter that a left Achilles injury has ruled her out of this year's Wimbledon.

Osaka mentioned that her Achilles 'still isn't right' and then continued to describe where she is at mentally.
Naomi wrote: "I feel like life keeps dealing cards and you're never gonna be used to them.
"But it's how you adapt to uncomfortable situation that really says stuff about your character."
What Grand Slams has Naomi Osaka won?
Osaka's ranking has plummeted to number 14 following her continuous absences, but the talented youngster occupied top spot in 2019.
And she climbed up the ladder by winning FOUR Grand Slams since the beginning of her professional career.
Will Osaka be at the US Open?
The four-time champion is yet to confirm whether she'll be available for the US Open.
But Osaka will be hopeful that she can return for the Grand Slam which really put her name on the map.
