Ace Khan had his watch stolen from his wrist during the frightening ordeal in April.

Two thugs walked up to him and demanded he hand over the diamond-encrusted Franck Muller Vanguard Chronograph outside the Sahara Grill in Leyton, East London.

Wife Faryal, 30, was a few steps behind.

Bana, of Hale Gardens, north London, was then charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of an imitation firearm while committing a schedule one offence.

Amin, of Cavendish Road, north London, has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

And Campbell, of Denmark Road, north London, has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of an imitation firearm while committing a schedule one offence, possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and possession of ammunition for a firearm without certificate.

Prosecutor Cathryn Evans told the court: "This was a violent street robbery committed against a complainant who is a former professional boxer.

"He was robbed of a watch valued over £70,000.

"He was with his wife and friend when he was approached.

"People got out of a car and a gun was put to him. He was threatened with a gun.

"His friend was also threatened with a gun."

The defendants were remanded in custody. They will next appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on July 25.

SUSPECTS IN CUSTODY

Hours before the robbery, Khan had been pictured with a fan while shopping in Oxford Street wearing his flashy timepiece.

The watch is studded with 719 diamonds.

He was also wearing it in an Instagram post from a charity bash at the Grosvenor House Hotel the night before.

The star shared a video on social media in the hours after the attack.

He told fans on Instagram: "Last night was a bit mad. I'm glad everyone is safe.

"It feels a bit weird not wearing a watch but it is what it is.

KHAN'S SHOCK

"I just wanted to tell you guys that I'm all good. Me and the wife are doing some TV work today."

Police said they launched an investigation after the mugging at 9.15pm on April 18.

"The victim, a man aged 30s, was approached by two males who threatened him with a gun before stealing his watch and fleeing," a spokesperson said at the time.

"No shots were fired and nobody was injured."
