Christian Eriksen ‘considering Man Utd transfer offer and club hope Ten Hag’s relationship with Dane will seal move’
CHRISTIAN ERIKSEN is reportedly considering a contract offer from Manchester United.
The 30-year-old officially becomes a free agent at the end of the month after an impressive short-term spell with Brentford.
United are claimed to be hoping Erik ten Hag's relationship with Eriksen will help lure the midfielder to Old Trafford.
The pair know each other after Eriksen trained with Ajax's reserves earlier this year as he built up his fitness ahead of a move to Brentford.
Eriksen had been linked with a return to former club Tottenham, although now reports claim Spurs have distanced themselves from a deal.

The Times go on to say there has been no contact between Eriksen's agents and Tottenham for the last two weeks.
The Bees also remain hopeful Eriksen will pen a new contract with the club.
Boss Thomas Frank is understood to have met Eriksen for dinner in their native Denmark last week and tried to persuade him to stay.
United though are hoping to lure the midfielder to the North West despite claims he would prefer to remain in London.
