TROUBLED Paul Gascoigne failed to turn up for a sportsman’s dinner hours after being spotted drunk at a train station.
Staff refused to serve the England ace. A worker at London King’s Cross said: “Security would not let him travel.”
Gazza, 49, was due at a country club near Middlesbrough where guests had paid £65 a ticket, and £2,000 to meet him.
Around 100 people walked out and promoter Tony Robinson refunded £20,000.
