Hamilton has just one podium to boast of and issues with his Mercedes have plagued him throughout.

As a result he sits sixth in the overall standings, behind team-mate George Russell.

Away from racing he has also been embroiled in an ongoing dispute with the FIA over rules banning drivers from wearing piercings and jewellery.

Despite his struggles Hamilton is still enjoying racing and has no plans to stop any time soon.
