CONOR McGREGOR welcomed Celtic and Wales football legend John Hartson to The Black Forge Inn recently.
The ex-West Ham and Arsenal striker, 47, was in Dublin for a charity event, which he attended alongside former Celtic teammate Robert Douglas.
During his visit to Ireland, he stopped into the UFC ace's Crumlin boozer for a spot of grub.
McGregor tweeted a video of Hartson's visit on social media, with the caption: "The @CelticFC legend himself, 'Mr. @JohnHartson10 in enjoying the finest food and drinks Ireland has to offer at The @blackforgeinn"
In the video, Hartson can be seen tucking into chips and onion rings.
Simultaneously, a member of the kitchen staff is seen ladling oil on a steak, which momentarily catches fire, much to Hartson's amazement.
While McGregor has used his social media presence to promote his Dublin-based side business, he has given no impression that he intends on giving up the fight game.
During a visit to Monaco for the titular F1 Grand Prix, the 33-year-old insisted that he would return to the octagon AND boxing ring.
He told Sky Sports: “Boxing is my first love in combat sports.
“It’s boxing. I had such a great time the last time I was out there.

"Obviously, my return will be inside the octagon for the UFC in mixed martial arts.
"That story is far from over. In fact, that story is just being wrote. It’s just beginning. That’s where I’ll make my return.
"But boxing, I will grace the squared circle again in the future.”
ON THE WAY MAC
McGregor has been lined with any number of potential foes for his UFC return.
After Charles Oliveira was stripped of the UFC lightweight title for missing weight before his eventual win over Justin Gaethje, fans theorised that McGregor could be parachuted in.
McGregor himself teased taking advantage of the fiasco, while Oliveira called the Irishman out after beating Gaethje at UFC 274.
Amongst the other potential contenders are Michael Chandler - who considers himself to be the frontrunner - and a FOURTH fight with Dustin Poirier.
Most recently, however, McGregor has been locked in war of words with Jorge Masvidal on social media.
In one exchange, he called the welterweight star a 'pigeon-brain' while Masvidal has repeatedly called McGregor out for a fight.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour, Masvidal said: "He wants to stay relevant so he takes shots, but he’s not going to fight.

"Because he knows I’m going to beat the f*** out of him."
