How Chelsea could line up next season after £4.25bn takeover completed including Ousmane Dembele and Achraf Hakimi
CHELSEA are set for a busy summer after Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital completed their £4.25billion takeover of the club.
Upon completion of the deal Boehly revealed his intention to continue building upon the success of the club - including "acquiring the best talent".
And his first piece of business could be the capture of Barcelona winger Ousmane Demebele on a free transfer.
Next on the agenda is signing defenders to replace the outgoing Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen ahead of their moves to LaLiga.
Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde is a long-term target after the Blues had multiple bids for the Frenchman rejected last summer.
But Chelsea are now believed to have agreed personal terms with Kounde and were set to conclude talks with Sevilla once the takeover was completed.

Thomas Tuchel is also said to be looking at Marc Cucurella following his impressive form for Brighton this season.
Manchester City and Tottenham are also said to be keen on the defender, who can play at centre-back or left wing-back.
Chelsea may be on the search for a back-up to Ben Chilwell with Marcos Alonso linked to Barcelona, so Cucurella could tick several boxes.
Should the Blues lose the battle for Cucurella they could turn their attention to RB Leipzig star Josko Gvardiol.

Achraf Hakimi has also emerged as a shock transfer target after reports the right-back is keen to leave Paris Saint-Germain.
The Blues are keen to strengthen in attack with Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner potentially leaving.
Lukaku could return to Inter Milan with Lautaro Martinez perhaps moving in the other direction.
A blockbuster move for Robert Lewandowski could also be on the cards after the striker announced his desire to leave Bayern Munich.
Chelsea considered a move for the Polish international last summer and Lewandowski was thought to be keen on a switch.
