WEST HAM have announced that they will release TEN players next week when their contracts expire.

Heading the list of exits is £17.5 Ukraine hero Andriy Yarmolenko and club legend and captain Mark Noble.

There were tears all around the London Stadium at Noble's final home game ever wearing that famous Claret shirt.

The 35-year-old came on as a sub in a hard-fought 2-2 draw with Man City but the day was about more than the result for Hammers fans.

Noble announced he was retiring at the end of the season after 18 long years as a fan favourite in East London.

West Ham held a ceremony for their captain after the game before the players took their lap of honour.

Noble made 550 appearances for his boyhood club, scoring 62 goals.

Also leaving the Premier League club is Yarmolenko.

There was an outpouring of emotion in March when the winger scored his first goal following the Russian invasion of his homeland Ukraine.

Yarmolenko, 32, was was given compassionate leave by the Hammers and hadn't featured since February 5 against Kidderminster.

The player travelled to Poland to collect his wife and one of his children after they fled the war zone.

He scored the first goal as West Ham beat Aston Villa 2-1.

The Ukrainian leave the club having made 86 appearances in all competitions, scoring 13 goals.

Full-back Ryan Fredericks, 30, and goalkeeper David Martin, 36, will also leave the Londoners this summer.

Nathan Holland, Jayden Fevrier, Bernardo Rosa, Amadou Diallo and Ossama Ashley and scholar Isaac Evans will also depart when their contracts expire.

A club statement read: "West Ham United would like to thank all those players departing for their hard work and commitment during their careers in Claret and Blue and wish them the very best for their future careers."
