Information on the show the flights - the AEZ4252 and the V33512 - have been axed.

It could also be visible on information boards within departure lounges.

However, it is now understood the chartered flights will fly out of Prestwick Airport instead.

It's thought that staffing issues at Glasgow Airport meant the route was changed to the South Ayrshire port.

The initial news had sparked panic among some sets of fans, who took to forums when they saw the cancellations.

One wrote: "There is a 5am flight just being cancelled".

When one pointed it out wasn't a flight being used by many fans within that group, another replied: "I think the point is a flight is cancelled- which cause panic for Bears regardless of who chartered the flight - many on here are probably on this flight".

Earlier, hundreds of fans faced a 10-hour delay to the departure of a charter flight to Jerez. It eventually left at 8.30pm this evening.

Glasgow Airport has been approached for comment.
