Arsenal team news to face Tottenham CONFIRMED with Saka back and White on bench in huge boost

ARSENAL have been handed a major boost ahead of tonight's crunch north London derby against Tottenham.

Bukayo Saka is fit enough to start the match, while the Gunners welcome Ben White back to the bench.

Saka, 20, had been a doubt after being taken off early in Sunday's win over Leeds and replaced by Nicolas Pepe.

Meanwhile White, 24, has missed the last two games due to a hamstring strain.

And there had been uncertainty as to whether the pair would feature tonight after boss Mikel Arteta initially labelled them as a doubt for the clash.

He said: "Thomas (Partey) is still out, Kieran (Tierney) is still out and with Ben he is still a doubt.

"We have to assess him and see how he is feeling, which is much better. With Bukayo it’s the same."

But both players have won their respective races to be fit enough to feature, although White is only named on the bench.

Rob Holding looks set to continue to deputise at centre-back in his absence in what is an unchanged team from the side that beat Leeds.

Antonio Conte meanwhile makes once change to the team that drew 1-1 at Liverpool.

Christian Romero misses out entirely and is replaced at centre-back by Davison Sanchez.

White has impressed during his debut season at the Emirates following a £50million move from Brighton last summer, striking up a solid partnership with Gabriel Magalhaes.

And Saka has shone once again for the Gunners this season, scoring 11 goals and providing six assists in 35 Prem appearances.

Arsenal go into the game four points ahead fifth-placed Spurs, with just two games left to play after tonight's fixture.

Three points for the Gunners at the home of their arch-rivals would be enough to confirm a top-four finish and a return to the Champions League for the first time since the 2016-17 season.
