Boxing champ David Haye backs SAS veterans in massive Remembrance Rumble against US Navy Seals
The Sun-backed event will see UK and US veterans face off in the boxing ring on November 11 to raise vital cash for military charities
FORMER Heavyweight champ David Haye has thrown his backing behind SAS veterans in their massive Sun-backed boxing bout against US Navy SEALs.
The Haymaker recorded a special message for the team ahead of the Remembrance Rumble on November 11.
Haye, 35, called out the US Navy SEALs – calling the elite fighters – “sissys”, before backing the Brits to win.
Sporting a cocky smile, he said: “What’s going on lads? This is a message to all the SAS boys going up against those sissys, the Navy seals.
“You can do all their training in about two minutes.
“We know you guys are the real deal, so its gonna be no issue when you guys get in the ring and smash each other up.
“And we know whose gonna be the winner.”
The Sun-backed charity event – believed to be the first of its kind – will raise vital cash for a host of military charities.
It will be held on the Friday night of Remembrance weekend at the historic York Hall boxing venue in Bethnal Green.
