Watch MotoGP star Marc Marquez fly off bike in horror 115mph crash… before miraculously walking away uninjured

MOTOGP star Marc Marquez somehow walked away relatively unharmed after being THROWN off his bike at 115mph.

Fans of the sport were left horrified as the 29-year-old Spaniard suddenly lost control and flew out of the saddle.

Staff from Marquez's Repsol Honda team had their hands on their heads and turned away in horror after seeing the high-speed crash during a warm-up session for the Indonesian GP.

As he made his way around a sweeping right-hand turn, Martinez's rear-tyre suddenly jagged out, causing him to lose all control of the bike.

He was sent flying ";12 to 15 feet" into the air, where he flipped over before landing heavily on the floor and sliding along the asphalt.

Marquez somehow stood up with his own two feet and gingerly walked away from the scene of the crash as medics rushed to his aid.

The six-time MotoGP world champion was taken to hospital after being initially being given the once over on-track.

And unsurprisingly he was deemed "unfit" to race at the Mandalika International Street Circuit.

Marquez was diagnosed with a concussion after the appalling crash but apart from that he emerged relatively unharmed.

BT Sport commentator Gavin Emmett said: "That's a shocking crash for Marc Marquez. That's one of the biggest high-sides I've seen in 25 years covering this sport.

The Spaniard had something of an eventful weekend at Mandalika.

Marquez had already crashed twice in qualifying BEFORE the horror smash that ruled him out of the main race.

Miguel Oliveira eventually won the GP for KTM Factory Racing after the action was delayed due to a LIGHTNING strike.

A bolt struck the circuit in Indonesia and sent flames into the sky.

Enea Bastianini won the season opener earlier this month for Gresini Racing.
