Man Utd’s lack of permanent manager costing them top transfer targets as Kamara ‘verbally agrees Atletico move’

MANCHESTER UNITED have missed out on signing Boubacar Kamara due to the confusion surrounding their next manager, according to reports.
The Red Devils were one of the favourites to sign the Marseille star in the summer.
However, French outlet have reported that Atletico Madrid are 'clearly in pole position' to sign the defensive midfielder.
A verbal agreement is in place between the club and Kamara, with Diego Simeone keen to get the deal across the line - but nothing has been signed.
Reports have suggested that Man Utd are missing out on key transfer targets, including Kamara, due to their uncertain managerial situation.
Interim boss Ralf Rangnick is set to leave his position in the summer to make way for a permanent manager.
Mauricio Pochettino has been heavily linked since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's departure in November, but the Argentine is said to be eyeing up a move to Real Madrid.
Ajax boss Erik ten Hag is another name that is being considered and has reportedly been taking English lessons in a bid to get the job.

Last week, Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl was also added to the shortlist of managerial candidates.
The Saints boss appeared to be pleased with the circulating rumours linking him to the job, and said: "When I discuss every list I have been on in the last two months, I would not have time any more for working or doing my job.
"The only thing I can say is it shows that we don't do everything wrong here."
Former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has also had his say on who should get the job - he has recommended Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti for the role.
