MAN mountain Hafthor Bjornsson has shed an incredible NINE-AND-A-HALF STONE since fully immersing himself in boxing.
The Icelandic giant took up the sport two years ago as a means to improve his fitness and eventually test himself in the ring.
And improve his fitness it did as he went through an incredible body transformation that's seen him go from a hulking 205kg to a lean and mean 145kg.
Bjornsson - who is best known for his role as The Mountain in Game of Thrones - shared photos of his incredible transformation to his Instagram late on Thursday night.
His accompanying caption read: "2020 vs 2022 Full Thor vs Half Thor.
"Peak strength vs Peak fitness 205kg vs 145kg."
Bjornsson's followers were quick to comment on his insane transformation, with one saying: "Wow you’ve been working hard! Unreal congrats."
Another said: "Incredible work, bro."

And another said: "Such an incredible transformation of the body, mind and soul!"
One remarked: "Half Thor will live a happier longer life. Bravo."
Bjornsson, 33, was due to throw down with fellow strongman Eddie Hall last September before his former pal suffered a bicep injury.
But he hinted earlier this week that their titanic collision will finally take place next month.
Alongside an Instagram video of himself hitting the heavy bag, the giant wrote: "March it is. Fight is on.
"Let’s f***ing pray Eddie doesn’t back out again!!"
The friendship between Bjornsson and Hall eroded in 2017 when the Game of Thrones star accused The Beast of cheating in the Viking Press portion of the World's Strongest Man competition.

Hall said of the accusation: "This is what people don’t sort of get.
“We used to be good friends. He’s been round my house and we’ve had parties.
"We’ve travelled around the world together.
“But what happened at World’s Strongest Man 2017 just threw all that friendship out the window.
“It was a big dagger in the back. That’s irreparable, three or four years with a cloud over my World’s Strongest Man win.
“What’s that cost me in terms of my career? He just doesn’t care.
"I still haven’t had an apology from him, he’s not denying it.

"At the end of the day, if he’s got solid evidence bring it up. He’s full of s***.
“Thor is not my friend. He was and I can safely say, even with an apology, I don’t want to break bread with this man.”
