He used to live in the luxury family home in Worsley, Gtr Manchester, with his ex-wife Stacey and their two children before the couple divorced in 2017.
It boasts a swimming pool, cinema room and bar and is on a secure gated plot.
Giggs, now lives in a £1.7million property nearby, which he used to share with ex-girlfriend Kate Greville.
He will stand trial later this month charged with assaulting Kate, 36, and her younger sister Emma.
