Arsenal and Chelsea lock horns in bid to snare Argentinian wonderkid Vera
ARSENAL and Chelsea are set to battle over Argentinian whizkid Naza Bazan Vera.
Bazan Vera, 17, (pictured below right with his father) is on the brink of the Velez Sarsfield first-team after topping the goalscoring charts in his age group.
And he has been watched by the London giants and Villarreal are interested in taking him to Spain.
They have been alerted to the teenager having a European passport which will allow him to move from South America without a work permit.
Scouts have compared him to fellow Argie youngster Paulo Dybala, who moved to Juventus a year ago after moving to Palermo as an 18-year-old.
