ARSENAL made an unlikely appearance at the Olympic Games - well, at least a top gun in a Gunners' shirt did.
For Abdullah Al-Rashidi received an ovation from the Rio crowd after winning bronze in the men's skeet wearing an Arsenal top.
The 53-year-old competed as an Independent Olympic Athlete because his native Kuwait Olympic Committee has been suspended,
So without a national uniform, Rashidi wore an Arsenal jersey for the competition.

But when asked if he was a supporter of the aptly-named English Premier Leaguers, he admitted: "I don't know, I just bought it."
Al-Rashidi beat Ukrainian Mikola Milchev 16-14 to take third place.
Italy's Gabriele Rossetti won the gold with a dramatic win over Marcus Svensson.
The 21-year-old triumphed 16-15 as his Swedish opponent, 26, missed the final target of a high-quality final to finish with the silver medal.
American two-time Olympic champion Vincent Hancock failed to make it out of qualifying rounds.
