British Olympic diving champion Tonia Couch is a perfect 10 and ready for Rio glory

THIS is one Couch potato we’d pike to tuck into  — but British Olympic diver Tonia Couch, 27, is certainly no slouch.

And she is sure to have everyone falling for her as she shows her stunning form in a black bikini.

This will be Tonia's third Olympics, having also previously competed in Beijing and London

Tonia, 27, gets her Olympic campaign under way on Wednesday in the 10m synchronised diving with partner Sarah Barrow, also 27.

The 27-year-old has hinted at retirement after Rio, so this could be her last chance to bring home an Olympic medal

The pair are hoping to bring home Britain's first women's Olympic diving medal for more than half a century.

She'll then also compete solo in the 10m platform next Wednesday.

But make the most of Tonia, from Plymouth, in action, as she has hinted that retirement is on the cards after Rio.
