But new Blues boss Antonio Conte is determined to give Colombian another chance after his disappointing first spell at Stamford Bridge
AC MILAN want Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado on a season-long loan with a view to a £25million permanent move, according to Italian media.
claim the Serie A outfit are keen on taking the Colombian back to Italy after his successful stint at Juventus last season.
He scored four goals and provided six assists as Juve won a fifth consecutive league title.
Cuadrado had a season-long loan at Juve after a disappointing first stint at Stamford Bridge after arriving for £23.3million from Fiorentina in January 2015.
He made just 14 appearances for the Blues, starting started just four of those.

Juve wanted to extend his deal , but incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was having none of it.
In fact, Conte was keen to sign Cuadrado when he was in charge of Juve and now it appears, despite the AC Milan interest, he wants to give him another chance to shine in west London.
Conte said Cuadrado was going nowhere, saying: "Juan Cuadrado is a Chelsea player.
“He's in our squad, I'm very happy to have him and train him.”
