UK residents return to normal life after lockdown ends after a year-long pandemic caused by COVID-19.
Athletes were missing the gym terribly, and this was no different for NXT superstars.
For many athletes, their fitness regime was affected without access to gyms forcing them to get creative.
, 33, told The Sun: "Home workouts are something I’ve steadily had to get used to for sure.
"At the start of lockdown, I started off lifting wine bottles for weights and buying gallon water bottles and using them as kettlebells."
While Oliver Carter used 5kg rice bags saying, "You just do what you can to stay healthy and fit."
The stars also gave their advice for most effective move and advice to those returning to the gym.
Amale, 27, said: "My go-to and first move I’ll do when I’m back in the gym?
"A deadlift. I love going heavy.”
But when it comes to lifting Amale warns, "When you’ve been out of the gym for so long, you can’t go as heavy as you used to.”
Woflgang, who is a powerhouse in NXT UK said, "My job is to throw folk around in the ring.
"To train for that, I use medicine balls to build strength.”
And the advice Wolfgang has for other athletes getting back in the groove: "You’re no longer just going to be lifting cans of beans and bottles of milk.
"Instead there will be proper weights in front of you - you can’t dive right in.
"Ease into it, do the things that you enjoy doing. For me, it’s shoulders and bench.
"Enjoy also being in the mindset and being back in that environment again.”
Oliver Carter hit the bench press first, as it says "it remains my favorite".
Last week in anticipation of The Lionesses taking on France in a football fixture, Samuels and Amale went head-to-head to showcase their own football skills.
Inspired and guided by sensation and football freestyler Lia Lewis, Samuels and Amale competed in different football-inspired competitions.
The fun contest put English-born star Nina Samuels and French-born star Amale competing for national pride.
Lewis, who is exceptionally skilled in football, hosted a series of competitions including a neck stall race, rocket launch shootout, and flip tricks.
Ahead of the contest Samuels said: “England all the way - for the both the Lionesses’ Friday friendly AND our football freestyle challenge.
"Amale and I are just as competitive on the pitch, as we are in the squared circle. I wish England the best of luck for Friday’s game!”
Playful trash talk ensued between Samuels and Amale as they competed in the fun tasks.
Amale won for her home country of France beating Samuels in two out of the three contests.
Will the results of this matchup be the same for the women's football match today?
The England and France football teams are two of the top-ranked teams in women's national football.
This will be their first encounter since the 2018 SheBelieves Cup in the US, won by England.
“Allez les Bleus! My national pride was at stake during this challenge and I was not about to let the side down," Amale said.
"Lia is so talented, maybe next time we’ll teach her what it takes in a real steel cage!” she added about the contest and her victory.
Lewis, has 1.9million, and they love to watch her do amazing tricks and stunts with a football.
She is one of the top four freestyle footballers in the world.
