Jordon Ibe passes Bournemouth medical and is expected to sign tomorrow for £15million

The Liverpool winger signed a new five year deal last year but became a bit-part player under Jurgen Klopp

JORDON IBE has reportedly passed his medical and agreed personal terms ahead of a £15million move from Liverpool to Bournemouth.

He is expected to sign for the south coast club tomorrow and will smash the Cherries' previous record signing of Benik Afobe last January for £10m.

And Bournemouth will immediately fly Ibe out to Chicago to join up with their pre-season training camp in the USA.

Ambitious made the England U21 forward his priority target after losing Matt Ritchie to Newcastle earlier this summer.

Watford and Southampton had also shown an interest in the 20-year-old, but only Bournemouth have not been put off by Liverpool's high asking price.

He only signed a new five-year deal at Anfield last May but has to secure a regular starting berth under , featuring just 12 times in the top-flight last season.

And has been loaned out in the past to Birmingham and Derby after joining from Wycombe Wanderers four years ago - and the League 2 Chairboys are set to net over £2m in sell-on clauses.

Howe has already had a busy summer with the signings of Chelsea defender Nathan Ake on a season-long loan, midfielder Emerson Hyndman on a free transfer from Fulham and striker Lys Mousset from Le Havre in a£5.4m deal.
