TOMAS BERDYCH turfed out Lucas Pouille to set up a semi-final showdown with Andy Murray.
Berdych, 30, came through 7-6 6-3 6-2 against Frenchman Pouille, who only won his first ever tour-level match on grass at this year's Wimbledon.
No10 seed Berdych negotiated a 55-minute first set 7-4 on a tie-break, before easily outclassing his rookie opponent in the second and third.
The 2010 SW19 finalist did not even have to pull out his best tennis, as 22-year-old Pouille crumbled on the major points.
