Blues aim to get Real Madrid and Barca stars and not be overshadowed by Man United signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic
MANCHESTER CITY boss Pep Guardiola has an audacious £148million plan to outdo Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s arrival at Manchester United.
Guardiola is planning a stunning move to get Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos and Barcelona’s Luis Suarez to the Etihad.
German midfielder Kroos has a £63million release clause, while former Liverpool ace Suarez has always been linked with Guardiola as his brother, Pere, is the Uruguayan striker’s agent.
To get Suarez back in the Premier League would cost City around £85million, £20m more than the Spanish champions paid for him in 2014.
Guardiola has already worked with Kroos, 26, having spent a year with him at Bayern Munich before he was sold to Real in 2014.
