Crystal Palace beat Everton and Chelsea to sign goalkeeper Steve Mandanda
French No 2 passes medical and will move to Selhurst Park after Euro 2016 on free transfer from Marseille
CRYSTAL PALACE have won the race to sign goalkeeper, Steve Mandanda, according to reports in France.
The Marseille stopper and French No 2 is moving to Selhurst Park after passing a medical, claim .
Everton and Chelsea were also reportedly interested in the 31-year-old Mandanda.
There is also uncertainty at Stamford Bridge surrounding the futures of Thibaut Courtois and Asmir Begovic.
But Eagles staff travelled to the French Euro 2016 base in Clairefontaine to secure the deal.

Hugo Lloris’ deputy was available on a free transfer and the Eagles swooped to add another goalkeeper to their ranks.
They already have Welsh No 1 Wayne Hennessey, veteran Julian Speroni and Alex McCarthy on the books.
Mandanda has been with Marseille since moving from Le Havre in 2008 and has won 22 international caps.
He was part of the side that won the Ligue 1 title in 2009/10 as well as three League Cup victories.
